Gem-n-Jewellery Export August grew by 16%

GJEPC August exports of cut-n-polished diamond has registered growth of 11.57% over the same period of the previous year. Cut & Polished diamond exported worth of Rupees 61580.28 during the April to August 2016 against same period of April to August 2015 it was exported worth of Rupees 55194.40.

For the same period SEZ/EPZ exported gold jewellery worth of Rupees 16025.34 during the period of April to August 2016 against same period of 2015 registered export of Rupees 9291.17 while DTA area exported gold jewellery of Rs 7637.11 during the April to August 2016 & registered -25.84 growth yet,  SEZ/EPZ & DTA all together registered a 20.79% of growth during the period of April to August 2016 over the 2015 same period as total exports registered of Rupees 23662.45 in 2016 against the Rupees 19589.19 in 2015.

For the period of April to August 2016 total gem-n-jewellery net exports registered of Rupees 96577.63 had registered of 82892.80 during the April to August 2015. Net gem-n-jewellery Export grew 16.51% during the April to August 2016 over the same period of previous year.
