Boghossian case With maker's mark for Boghossian Accompanied by premium report no. 91630 dated 10 April 2017 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the emeralds are of Colombia origin, with no indication of clarity modification in fissures at the time of testing; also accompanied by an appendix stating that the emerald necklace possesses exceptional characteristics and merits special mention and appreciation.

The described necklace consists of eleven emeralds, set together with a fine selection of colourless diamonds in a modern and highly artistic flower design. The emeralds have been carefully selected and exhibit a remarkable size combined with a beautifully matching colour and quality.

The small inclusions found by microscopic examination represent the hallmarks of Colombian emeralds from the famous mining areas Muzo, Coscuez, and Chivor, all located in the green foothills of the Cordillera Oriental in the Colombian Andes.

Their attractive and saturated green colour is due to a combination of well-balanced trace elements in these gemstones, typical and characteristic for the finest emeralds of Colombia. Assembling a matching selection of emeralds from Colombia of this size and quality is very rare and exceptional. In combination with its artistic flower design, this emerald necklace can be considered a true treasure of nature and craftsmanship
