This year the students of Degree Bach 12 were asked to work on the Theme of Sustainability & Revival-where they were inspired to create jewellery with unusual mechanisms and concepts.

Supporting the Make in India Initiative introduced by the Government of India, students were asked to research on concepts which would be influenced by the Art and Craft culture of India which are on the verge of extinction and revive the same by utilizing it as a concept to create their collection.

They could also create jewellery based on the waste materials which can be sustained by using them in their jewellery. During this project students work hard to design their own jewellery collections under the able guidance of their mentors and transform them into actual jewellery pieces by applying the skills learnt during the 3 years training.

All those inaugural players of IIGJ Andheri New Skill Training Center & Jury Panel Ms. Indra Jadwani remained present at the inaugural of Glimpz. Smt.
