Innovative Swarovski Zirconia cuts and colours reflect new perspectives:

Swarovski celebrates another sparkling milestone in its history in 2020, when the company, at home in the heart of the Austrian Alps, and globally renowned for its brilliant diversity of products, marks its 125th Anniversary. In honour of the occasion, Swarovski has launched two brilliant new cuts for Swarovski Zirconia and introduces the Vibrance Family, a unique colour concept that seamlessly blends two shades on the surface of a single stone.

Cuts to celebrate:

The company that lives by the exacting principles of founder Daniel Swarovski drew on his own inspiration for the anniversary cuts. The brand-new Daniel’s #125 Cut is based on the iconic Baguette-cut and inspired by the 125th item in the founder’s own workbook. It embodies a wide baguette shape adding that extra bit of elegance. The Celebration Cut is a classic Cushion shape, now elevated to a higher level of brilliance with 125 perfect facets, one for each year of the company’s long and rich history. Both the cuts take the spirit of the past and using advanced technologies, step into the future in sparkling new ways.

Colours to change perspectives:

The Vibrance Family for Swarovski Zirconia serves to illustrate how each person and each life is unique, and every special moment deserves to be celebrated. The stones come in three fascinating colour combinations: Vibrant Purple-Aqua, Vibrant Red-Orangy Yellow, and Vibrant Spring Green-White, all designed to inspire and spark new ideas. Vibrance colours are applied using Swarovski’s patented TCF™ colouring process, which guarantees constant saturated colour across a range of stone sizes. They are available in four fascinating cuts, which underline the special effect in the best possible way – Bizarre Square, Cushion Princess, Pentagon Star and Round Rosebush – a miniature Kaleidoscope in itself.

The Kaleidoscope of Life:

Swarovski has been dedicated to quality, creativity, and technical innovation for 125 years and is globally recognized for its brilliant precision-cut stones, all of which reflect the company's core values. The special anniversary cuts and colours for Swarovski Zirconia, on the other hand, all look to the future. They represent a perfect example of Swarovski’s passion for creating new perspectives, and for continuously moving forward to develop exciting concepts. Just as every facet of the two new cuts captures light and brilliance, every turn, every slight movement of the Vibrance coloured Swarovski Zirconia delights and surprises, just like looking through a kaleidoscope.

These newly launched products are all poised to unleash news perspectives for designers of beautiful jewellery, and, in turn, to charm the recipients of their designers’ unique creativity. Just like picking up a kaleidoscope, and turning it one more time, for the sheer joy of discovering what is new and exciting. An extraordinary celebration in colour and light sparks delightful moments, precious memories and the chance to dream.

The company that Daniel Swarovski founded in 1895 with the invention of a revolutionary crystal the cutting machine has since become a global brand: not just the world’s leading manufacturer of crystal, but a name synonymous with the cutting edge of engineering and technology.

Swarovski remains a family business, now run by the fifth generation of Daniel’s descendants. His love for the natural world and respect for his co-workers – values on which he built his success – continue to inform every aspect of the company’s operations. Conscious Luxury, a new way of doing business that puts people and the planet at its heart, will remain centre stage in the anniversary year, with leading design talents finding ever more dazzling ways to work with the brand’s upcycled crystals, responsibly sourced genuine gemstones, Swarovski Zirconia, and Swarovski Created Diamonds.
