Magnificent Jewels under the Christie’s hammer

The New York auction of Magnificent Jewels will offer over 250 lots spanning a selection of colorless diamonds, colored diamonds, and gemstones, along with signed pieces by Belperron, Bulgari, Cartier, Graff, Harry Winston, JAR, Lacloche, Tiffany & Co.

In an addition, Van Cleef & Arpels jewels are also to be auctioned as the July 29 auction is led by a sensational Diamond Pendant Necklace of 115.83 Carats, F Color, VVS1 Clarity ($5,000,000-7,000,000).  Also featured is a Kashmir sapphire ring of 8.54 carats ($400,000-500,000), a pair of moonstone, sapphire, and diamond earrings by JAR ($150,000-250,000).

A pair of spinel, pink sapphire, and colored diamond brooches by JAR ($150,000-250,000), an Art Deco diamond bracelet, by Lacloche ($150,000-250,000) and an Art Deco diamond and emerald bracelet, by Lacloche ($80,000-120,000).  The private collections offered include The Estate of Pauline Ireland, The Collection of James and Marilynn Alsdorf, and The Collection of Gloria Manney.
