Bruce Cleaver to open IDMA Conversations!

To be held during the afternoon of March 28 at the D-Mall, participants will be discussing, among other topics, the state of the diamond market, including the diamond jewelry retail market in the U.S., the development of the LGD sector and the significance of emerging technologies in the diamond industry.

The afternoon of the "Conversations with Industry Leaders" held during the 40th IDMA Congress on the afternoon of March 28 will open with a conversation between De Beers Group Co-Chairman Bruce Cleaver and Elodie Daguzan, Executive Director of the World Diamond Council (WDC) and Shai Schnitzer, President of S. Schnitzer Diamonds and board member of the Israel Diamond Manufacturers Association.

"We're very pleased that Bruce agreed to share the stage with the generation that will lead our industry into the next decades," Ronnie VanderLinden, IDMA President, said. "The younger generation will face different challenges, and I am sure that conversation will make for interesting listening."

"Of course, Elodie and I are excited to conduct a conversation on stage with such a formidable industry leader," said Shai Schnitzer. "Our generation has its work cut out for itself, and we'll be glad to spend some time talking with Bruce Cleaver and explore the industry's way forward."

The "Conversations with Industry Leaders" event will be open to all Congress delegates, Israel Diamond Week participants, and the Israel Diamond Exchange badge holders.
