MSME seminar held on Sunday!

GJEPC promotes the MSME with trade associations

The MSME Seminar held in collaboration with Akhil Bhartiya Daivadhnya Samajonnatti Parishad’s Yuva Vibhag Association, Mumbai Suvarnakar Sangh & GJEPC in an endeavours to promote the MSME sector of Indian Gems & Jewellery Industry.

The MSME Seminar held at Dadar-Mumbai, on May 19 in the presence of about 100 association members, karigars, jewellers, along with representatives from government organizations speaking at the event. GJEPC's endeavour to connect with local association and to cater the need of micro entrepreneur & artisans.

A seminar was organised where representative from MSME DI, NSIC, Yes Bank, ELP & Edelweiss assured the gathering for their best support in MSME benefits and bank finances. MSME 2018 event involved discussions on the benefits for MSMEs from various institutions & the road ahead. Shri Avinash Chandra, Vice President, YES Bank, spoke about the bankers’ perspective towards the MSMEs & the paperwork involved, in the presence of Shri R.B.Gupte, MSME DI.

To get focused an attention for the MSME sector, Shri Supreme Kothari & Shri Amit Manubarwala, ELP, spoke about company formation & taxation related issues. Shri Naren Kotak, Edelweiss, spoke about GJEPC Artisans’ Parichay Card & proposed ‘Kosh’, a health insurance coverage plan.

The trade centric seminar focussed to promote sustainable growth opportunities in the MSME sector, and to avail of several benefits and schemes for companies get discussed in the MSME Seminar. Key topics remained, 1: Lean manufacturing competitiveness scheme, 2: NSIC scheme, 3: Mudra Loan & 4: Company formation.
